<p>We have temporarily halted the campaign of Wuthering Waves on a certain platform due to adjustments in promotional arrangements.</p>
<p>However, it has recently come to our attention that this decision may have caused inconvenience and frustraton, particularly preventing you from using the points previously earned through the campaign. We sincerely apologize for this unsatisfactory handling of the situation. As a resolution, after further discussion with the platform, we have decided to relaunch the campaign on the platform from 2025-12-01, 11:00 (UTC+8) to 2025-12-21, 11:00 (UTC+8). During this period, you will once again be able to make in-game transactions via the platform&#39;s direct payment method and redeem the points you previously earned. After this period ends, access to the platform&#39;s direct payment method will be closed, so please be mindful of the event period.</p>
