Convene Rules
</h1>
<ul>
<li>
<p>
[Neptune's Lullaby] is a Featured Resonator Convene event banner.
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
Use Radiant Tide to convene. You are guaranteed at least one 4-Star or higher rarity Resonator or Weapon every 10 attempts.
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
The guarantee count is shared among all Featured Resonator Convene events and is carried over until a 5-Star Resonator is obtained.
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
Featured Resonator Cantarella is exclusive to the [Neptune's Lullaby] Featured Resonator Convene and will not be available by other means once the event ends.
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
Featured Resonator Cantarella's Waveband will be simultaneously made available in the Afterglow Coral Store with a limit of 2 purchases, and it will be removed once the Convene event ends.
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
During the event, all the Resonators who receive boosted drop rates will become available in Ascendant Aces as Trial Resonators. Complete their Ascendant Aces challenges to obtain rewards.
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
After the event ends, starting from the next version, 4-Star Resonator Buling will be permanently available in Featured Resonator/Weapon Convene and Standard Resonator/Weapon Convene.
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
4-Star Resonator Buling will be simultaneously made available in the Afterglow Coral Store and will be removed at the end of the next version.
</p>
</li>
</ul>

Resonator Buling costs 80 Afterglow Corals and can only be purchased once from the Afterglow Coral Store. If you already own the Resonator, you will get Buling's Waveband instead.
